Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply when you use NXLine Refi or submit a request through this website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Information and referral service
NXLine Refi is a mortgage information and referral service. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, creditor, or loan servicer. It does not make credit decisions, issue loan offers, or guarantee approval, rates, savings, terms, or the availability of any mortgage product.
No loan application or credit inquiry
Submitting this questionnaire does not constitute a mortgage application and does not authorize a credit report or hard credit inquiry. A licensed mortgage provider may request additional information and separate authorizations before evaluating or processing an application.
Your information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Estimates are acceptable where the form requests them. The licensed provider is responsible for verifying information and presenting any required disclosures.
Communications
Calls and text messages are governed by the express consent language shown next to the form’s required checkbox. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Third-party mortgage services
Mortgage services are provided by independently licensed professionals. Any eventual relationship, application, rate quote, or loan transaction is between you and the provider. You should review that provider’s licenses, disclosures, privacy practices, and terms before proceeding.
Site availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item of general information is complete or current. Do not use this site for emergencies or time-sensitive payment instructions.
Responsible use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s information without permission, or use automated tools to send fraudulent or abusive requests.
Formal business identity, NMLS and state-license disclosures, and approved legal contact information must be added and reviewed by the owner and qualified counsel.
